Home Manager Elderly/Dementia Care
I am working with a leading, national provider of elderly care and support, to recruit for a registered manager to oversee the day to day running of their modern, state of the art service in Warwickshire.
Employed on a full time basis, you will continue to drive their "good" reputation for care and support with CQC and promote a caring and homely environment for the people who reside here.
You will actively be involved in all aspects of care, as well as the operational responsibilities of staff management, managing budgets and ensuring the quality of the service meets the needs of your residents.
This is the perfect opportunity for an established, motivated and highly professional manager who displays great leadership and decision making skills.
To be considered for this outstanding vacancy, you will have significant experience managing a "good" or "outstanding" rated care home, hold a relevant care management qualification and have extensive knowledge managing budgets and finances for a private sector service.
