Reporting to the Technical Director, the key role of Health and Safety officer/manager will be to process and input all administration as associated with the responsibilities of Technical Director.

Duties

Health and Safety
Administering Health and Safety matter, to include: Out bound communication, maintaining updating Risk Assessments and Method Statements, Permits to work, Fire training, COSSH, planning and maintaining first aiders
Compliance, Planning and booking Security passes for Airports through the airport portals and Petroleum Stations, administer tracking reports.
PSSR
Work with third party to keep records updated and communicated to customers and the Technical Team
Work with colleagues to maintain Accurate records
Manage showroom bookings with Technical managers and Stock controller

Skills and Experience

Experienced administrator
Strong administrative skills
At least intermediate working knowledge of Excel and Word
Experience of data input
Capable of working under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail
Able to prepare presentations in PowerPoint
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience of working in a sales and service environment selling capital goods.
Intelligent and eager to learn
Experience in preparing Technical marketing materials desirable
Experience with Health and Safety and first aid desirable
IOSH / NEBOSH trained desirable, training available if required
