Receptionist (Construction) Birmingham
Our client is one of the UK's top leading construction company that works across the UK. Together we are actively looking for an experienced Receptionist to work in their head offices based in Birmingham for 1 weeks cover starting as soon as possible.
This is a short term holiday cover contract starting ASAP.
- Managing all front of house duties.
- Reviewing site documents.
- Distributing documents to the relevant managers.
- Welcoming all personnel & clients.
- Liaising between the managers & head office.
- Day to day administration including: answering phone calls, responding to enquiries, photocopying etc.
- Collecting electronic copy of the latest document revision prior to documents being issued.
Site Secretary Experience Required:
- Experience working with a Construction Main Contractor or similar
- Excellent IT skills - MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Professional, organised, enthusiastic, can use own initiative
