An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Purchase ledger to work for a thriving distribution company based in the Smethwick area, this opening will be a temporary ongoing role and a view for the right person to go permanent.

The responsibilities for this role are;
• Speaking with respective clients and allocating payments
• Processing Statements correctly on the systems
• Communication via telephone, email and letters
• Requesting invoicing details and following up to make sure payment is made
• Inputting of data using Excel spreadsheets
• Solve account queries and issues and support with any accounts needed
• Produce daily / weekly reports for the accounts team

Successful candidates will possess the following skills and attributes:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of Syscom ERP would be beneficial
• Able to multi-task, as this is a busy office environment with a small close knit team
• Strong knowledge with Excel Spreadsheets

Salary: £8.21 - £9.23 per hour (£16,000 - £18,000)

Hours of work: Monday – Thursday, 09:00am - 17:00pm

This position requires someone who is able to commit to an Immediate start
