Becoming a Client Support Lead (Apprenticeships) with Knowledgepool:

As part of KnowledgePool 's Apprenticeship business and the client management team, your role will be vital in supporting our largest clients. You, as the Client Support Lead will be responsible for a given territory owning service delivery and operational performance. As dedicated support, this role will increase customer satisfaction enabling KnowledgePool to become a trusted partner to support continued growth.

These roles will require frequent travel to client sites across the North.

What you will do:

* Take ownership of the service delivery and operational performance for a specific client in a given territory
* Be the point of contact for local customer leads, line managers and apprentices within that territory
* Ensure enrolments are delivered as per forecast working with Area Operations Managers and Talent Coaches to plan
* Accountable for monitoring apprentice progression within territory, escalating and resolving issues for apprentices who are behind expected progression.
* Monitoring, analysing and providing trend information for reporting within territories
* Supporting both client and internal Knowledgepool events
* Assist in supporting the Client Partner with creating and maintaining weekly action & issue logs

Your experience will include:

* Previous demonstrable experience in a similar client relationship support role
* Delivery of apprenticeships experience
* Experience of managing customer relationships
* The ability to plan, organise and provide solutions to challenges
* Strong problem-solving skills
