Our client is a leader in their field. Operating across the UK they provide energy solutions and maintenance from network builds to fault location & energy saving. Due to continued growth and success they are seeking an Office Administrator to join their small team.
Your new role
Reporting to the company directors you will work with the accounts administrator to raise and chase outstanding orders, manage jobs in progress for site files and open jobs, keep all training records up to date, book courses, update documentation, manage vehicle insurance, MOTs, servicing and breakdown cover, issue mileage allowance, check time sheets and provide general reception cover.
What you'll need to succeed
We need someone who has proven experience as an all-round office administrator, who has worked as part of a small team and is happy to support the business with any related administrative tasks. We need someone who is hands on, can communicate effectively across the business, including with site managers and engineers and is willing to help the business continue to grow.
