GBP9 Per Hour

Stoke Prior
Temp to Perm - 12 weeks

Moving to a Permanent Contract reviewed 3 monthly in first year

Duties Include

  • Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger duties
  • Prepare and input Invoices and Credits
  • Validate Invoices with departments (i.e. receipt of goods/services)
  • Dealing with invoice queries / disputes
  • Run weekly/monthly Aged Debtor and Creditor Reports and email remittances
  • General administration (filing, photocopying, opening post)
  • Answering and transferring incoming calls

The successful applicant must be Computer literate

  • Software: Sage 50, Redzebra, Excel, Word
  • Reliable
  • Committed
  • Good Timekeeping
  • Car required - public transport not sufficient
