Water Hygiene Consultancy- Administrator

GBP17,000-GBP20,000 + benefits

One of the UK's leading Water Hygiene Consultancies are on the lookout for an administrator to join their team in Staffordshire.

The company operate nationally so require a candidate who can manage a large work load and be able to deal with pressure carrying out the following;

  • Answering calls & email enquiries
  • Building and maintaining a rapport with core client base
  • Recording quotations & works on database
  • Creating accurate reports and delivering to clients including Risk Assessments & Surveys
  • Liaising with clients with regards to any issues in reports made
  • Schedule works for engineers logistically & timely
  • Raise purchase orders for contracted/non works
  • Liaise with Accounts department & raises invoices for clients
  • General administration duties; filing, database management etc.
  • Ensure all practices are compliant with regards to Health & Safety.

The role is based within the Tamworth area, so anybody within a 30-minute commutable location from here will be considered!

The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service & interpersonal skills and any previous work within a Water Treatment/Legionella Consultancy would be beneficial- but not essential.

The company offer a negotiable basic salary; depending on experience along with standard-fulltime working hours Monday-Friday.
