Main Purpose of the Job

Contributing to the continuing efforts of the payroll and compliance teams by assisting in various daily, weekly and monthly tasks.

Key Responsibilities


  • Assisting the Senior Payroll Administrator with checking the UK working regulatory documents have been received and properly uploaded to the database
  • Keeping up-to-date with any outstanding UK working regulatory documents
  • Liaising with the relevant consultants and candidates as appropriate, by email, DocuSign or phone in order to obtain copies of outstanding documents.
  • Working with the Senior Payroll Administrator in managing and distributing emails that come into PSR's generic email addresspromptly and efficiently.
  • Various filing that may need completing on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • Liaising with consultants regarding changes to temporary worker bookings
  • Printing, photocopying and scanning of documents for the database or to be sent out
  • Answering phone calls received into the Finance team
  • Assisting the Senior Payroll Administrator with any Ad Hoc tasks as required

  • Assisting the Senior Payroll Administrator with adding new candidates to the payroll system
  • Assisting the Senior Payroll Administrator with adding new clients to the payroll system
  • Assisting the Senior Payroll Administrator with creating temporary worker bookings on the payroll system
  • Attaching weekly timesheets to candidates for weekly payroll
  • Reviewing all of the week’s timesheets for accuracy
  • Handling calls from working candidates – answering questions regarding timesheets, documents, and payments
