If you are looking for a first step into working in an office environment, then this could be the prefect role for you.

This is a very friendly, busy environment and no previous experience is required as comprehensive training is provided for this role. The salary for this position is GBP16,500 per annum.

Quattro are recruiting an Outbound Customer Service Advisor on behalf of our client, a market leader within the Insurance Industry.

As an Outbound Customer Service Advisor, you will be making outbound calls to customers who have expressed an interest in receiving an insurance quote. Should customers be interested in a quote you will then transfer them onto the sales team. It is essential that you are organised, as you will need to ensure customer call backs are made in time with set appointments.

Benefits include FREE parking, 20 days' holidays + Bank Holidays. Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm with an hour for lunch, and two Saturdays per month working 9am - 2pm.
