SWL Group International Ltd work with leading, international Retailers to deliver Productivity Improvement Projects, worldwide. SWL have opportunities for professionals with experience, knowledge and training in Work Measurement, Industrial Engineering and Process Engineering within Retail Operations and Supply Chain.

Both Contract & Permanent opportunities exist with opportunities for an immediate start.

International travel throughout Europe and the Middle East can be expected with opportunities for an immediate start, supported by an excellent reward package and prospect of supported CPD and career progression.

SWL Productivity Analysts / Industrial Engineers are involved in every phase of the customer journey, working as part of an expert team. In a nutshell, the role involves:

* Work measurement conducted within a wide variety of retail and supply chain operations, using methods such as:

* Value & Value Chain Analysis

* Rated Activity Sampling (RAS)

* Direct Observational Time Study (DOTS)

* Production Studies (PDOTS)

* Process Mapping

* Production of Work Specifications (SMVs)

* SixSigma

* Lean

* Productivity & Work Analysis

* Process Improvement & Re-Engineering

* Statistical Analysis

* Identification, Production and Presentation of Opportunities for Improvement

Applicants should have:

* UK Driving license and access to own vehicle

* Willingness to travel frequently throughout the UK & ROI, Europe and the Middle East
