Bilingual (French and English) Customer Services Team Leader


Provide leadership to a multi-functional team providing support through customer service, first-line software support, warranty administration and online sales

* 37 hours a week Monday to Friday

* Hours 8.00 am - 4.30 pm & 10.30 am - 7 pm (working on a week about rota) - Alternating hours each week

* 25 days holidays

* Salary GBP26,500

Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership

1. Assisting with recruitment

2. Coaching team members, including production of training literature and materials as necessary

3. Monitoring and recording absence, lateness and sickness

4. Conducting performance reviews and/ or disciplinaries

5. Overseeing a team of 5, reporting into the Customer Services Manager

1. Administration

1. Co-ordinating and scheduling workload of the team.

2. Working with team members to ensure that tasks are completed on time.

3. Reporting regularly to the departmental manager the current status of tasks, and high-lighting any potential barriers to timely completion.

1. Liaison

1. Acting as a point of contact and support for key account customers

2. Preparing and executing presentations

3. Some travel may be required

Essential requirements;

* Fluent in French and English languages

* Previous experience of managing a team, either as an assistant manager, team leader or manager

* Ability to lead and inspire

* Commercial awareness in business environment

* Excellent computer skills including fully proficient in Microsoft Office

* Excellent communication skills

* Ability to professionally liaise with customers/suppliers and internal staff

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

* Flexibility and adaptability

* Resilience
