Sales Support Co-ordinator
A leading Insurance and financial services business based in Rugby seeks to hire an experienced Sales Support Co-ordinator to support a team of Field Sales Executives to maintain and improve their renewal portfolio, striving to increase and improve their renewal percentage rate and providing valuable feedback to the sales team.
Working closely with the sales team you will provide support to enhance their activities in order to retain and increase the client base. This will be achieved by presenting a positive image of the Company by working closely with clients and stakeholders ensuring a high level of Customer Service at all times.
You will ensure potential problems have been identified to optimise retention rates whilst also aiming to promote the business's Services at every opportunity increasing company penetration rates and cross pollination.
A strong administrative will be required to assist with the production of their key marketing products on behalf of their key clients in the financial sector.
You will liaise with all areas of the business both externally and internally to ensure the end product is delivered to a high standard. This will include clients, sales and marketing teams.
To be considered you must be able to display strong administrative and support experience combined with good communication skills both verbally and written. You will ideally have worked in a Sales Support based role previously, this could be from any professional environment.
As the office is on a business park you will ideally drive and free parking will be provided. The working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5 however for the right individual flexibility around this may be offered.
