CUSTOMER SERVICES MANAGER

Wolverhampton Grand is a long-established Theatre in the heart of the Midlands. It receives a wide range of major touring productions including drama, musicals, ballet, dance, opera, variety, concerts, children's shows and one of the biggest pantomimes in the UK, with audiences from across the region and beyond taking advantage of excellent transport links to the town.

We are now seeking a motivated and enthusiastic

Customer Services Manager.

This role has been created to manage, develop and lead a Customer Service team focused on delivering best in class customer service focused on first time resolution and customer retention. The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations.

The successful candidate will be responsible and accountable for the successful delivery of the agreed targets, budgets and goals within the Customer Services Department. The role holder will report to the Head of Customer Services and will be a key member of a busy and dynamic Customer Services team.

We are looking for candidates educated to degree level or equivalent and be keen to progress their career in customer services. All candidates should have a can-do attitude with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a working knowledge of Box Office ticketing systems.
