Fleet Administrator - Birmingham

Our client, a leading services provider based in Birmingham, is looking for an experienced Fleet Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis due to continued growth and expansion.

As a Fleet Administrator, your duties will include:

  • Assisting in the administration and coordination of the organization's fleet of motor vehicles
  • Maintaining accurate records of vehicles
  • Ensuring compliance with government rules and regulations and filing paperwork in support of this compliance as needed
  • Scheduling repairs or preventative maintenance
  • Ensuring that the necessary numbers of fleet vehicles are available at all times

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to make the role your own. If you have excellent communication skills, are extremely organised and really know your way around Microsoft Excel, then this is the right role for you.
