Membership Administrator (12-month FTC)
- Processing new membership and encouraging membership renewals
- Handling all telephone and email enquiries
- Being professional while providing excellent customer service skills
- Being able to speak confidently to all internal and external members
- Processing event bookings and conferences
- Raising renewal invoices
- Using the appropriate in house soft where
- Resolving internal and external queries
- Working alongside the assessment and marketing teams on events
- Experience delivering excellent customer service
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Superb attention to detail
- Excellent telephone manner
