Due to rapid growth and a range of International projects, they are looking for a 1st Line Application Support Analyst to join their growing head office on a 12 month fixed term contract, could this be you?

As the 1st Line Application Support Analyst you will be supporting the HR and Payroll area efficiently and accurately by providing 1st level support to corporate and regional payroll teams in the UK and Ireland.

Your responsibilities as a 1st Line Support Analyst will include:

* Application Support across Finance and HR

* Escalation of issues to internal support functions and management, or to the International IT department when necessary

* Maintaining an appropriate incident log

* Testing hardware and program updates to verify whether newly implemented requirements and existing functionality operate without errors

* Creating plans for hardware installations and maintenance programmes in conjunction with International IT, regions and external suppliers as needed

Role: Application Support Analyst (Payroll)

Salary: GBP26,000-GBP30,000
