We have a great opportunity for a Probation Officer to join our highly successful Community Rehabilitation Company in Nuneaton.

Our Probation Officers work collaboratively with other team members and are responsible for all aspects of assessment of service users from sentence planning through to enforcement, ensuring that appropriate arrangements are in place for delivery. They oversee the implementation and delivery of arranged plans and are key in ensuring that the operational team and service users are aware of their duties and responsibilities. Our Probation Officers deliver interventions and work with partners to support change and manage risk, while making a difference to the lives of individuals and the community.

They develop and sustain effective working relationships with prisons, while supporting service users to move forward and take positive action.

Have you got what it takes?

As a qualified Probation Officer, you will have a real passion for what you do and will need to have relevant experience within the Probation Service. You will need to be confident, comfortable and effective at building and developing professional relationships, while demonstrating a desire to support and guide people into making positive changes in their lives.
