About Hotel

We are inviting applications for a General manager for our new refurbished hotel based in Royal Leamington Spa location. This is a beautuful hotel in the center of the city.

The Hotel have 32 beautiful double bed rooms, Bar, Restaurant & Banquet hall for parties and exclusively used as a birthday/ wedding venue and offers private dining in the restaurant and bar areas. Our hotel has high occupancy of the guest in all the months of the year, Hotel offer incredible, private surroundings and high-quality food to the customers, our hotel is the centre of the city and known properties for the locals in Leamington Spa areas.

The Role

Within the role you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Manage on-going profitability of the hotel through effective revenue management ensuring revenue targets and guest satisfaction are met and exceeded.
  • Manage the overall hotel targets to deliver an excellent guest experience.
  • Managing the Bar, Restaurant and Banquet revenue responsibilities
  • Manage to get New customer Acquisition strategy & Enhance the Relationship Value strategy for maximum revenuer for the hotel
  • Deliver short and long-term strategic goals for the property.
  • Provide strong and effective leadership to hotel team members.
  • Lead in all aspects of business planning.
  • Ensure costs are controlled and revenue opportunities are effectively sourced and delivered.
  • Manage compliance with statutory regulations
  • Supervise and develop the team to ensure the highest standards of customer service.
  • Hold regular briefings and communication meetings with the Hotel Management.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviour, skills, and values that follow:

  • Experience as General Manager or senior operations manager within a similar quality hotel, with focus on accommodation , Bar & Restaurent with Front Revenue Sales
  • Possess strong commercial acumen, with experience in increasing profitability.
  • Experience managing budgets, revenue, and forecasting results in a similar sized property.
  • Passion for hospitality with dynamic, hands-on approach to role
  • Outstanding leadership skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the hotel/leisure/service sector/Bar & Restaurent.
