Property Finance Administrator- Temp to Perm (Full Time or Part Time)
A national property company located in Stratford- upon - Avon are currently seeking an enthusiastic and forward thinking Property Administrator to join their finance department. This is temp to perm with potential for progression afterward due to the busy nature of the role. Due to the flexibility within the role, there is opportunity for someone to do full time or part time (3/4 days a week)
The role itself will be to assist with the payment of invoices within the team on behalf of their corporate clients. This may include the coding of service charges, insurance invoices and recommending service charge budgets, with experience of account reconciliation being essential!
Experience with excel and other similar software is key due to having the responsibility of ensuring all spread sheets are kept up to date and report to the client where appropriate. The role will also include ensuring all costs are recovered from the subtenant where appropriate. Due to the high pressured environment that this role is in, ensuring all service charge administration is up to date and organised is essential so having the ability to organise and manage your own time and workload is essential.
Sound practical knowledge of being an administrator with a good proven track record, in either a property or a non property environment. You need to be a forward planner who constantly delivers in building relationships.
