Rate of pay: £13.45 - £14.54 per hour

As a Registered Nurse you will have a minimum of 6 to 12 months nursing experience, and be passionate about delivering person centred care. You will have current NMC registration, up to date clinical practices, and evidence of continual professional development. You will provide excellent clinical support and supervision to your team to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the service.
You will be given support and training to develop your clinical skills and management skills, including opportunities to gain qualifications at Masters level. We offer a quality work/life balance that is second to none, with full time or part time hours.About the company
St.John’s nursing home is situated in a residential conservation area within easy walking distance of Droitwich town centre, its local amenities and public services. Part listed building, the home has been extended refurbished to a very high standard in order to provide comfortable and homely accommodation for older people with dementia.
St.John’s aims to offer the highest possible standard of care and support to older people in spacious, modern yet homely and safe surroundings. Our philosophy is to see beyond the illness recognising the wider needs of the individual and we consider it important that the resident and their family actively contribute towards the planning of care.
The overall aim of our nursing service is to meet the individual needs of each resident, by using a person centred approach to care delivery; every resident has a named carer offering high levels of support on an individual basis. Activities are an important part of life at St Johns, our activity therapist and care staff organise a wide range of things to do both inside and outside of the home.
