As a Registered Nurse you will have a minimum of 6 to 12 months nursing experience, and be passionate about delivering person centred care. You will have current NMC registration, up to date clinical practices, and evidence of continual professional development. You will provide excellent clinical support and supervision to your team to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the service.
You will be given support and training to develop your clinical skills and management skills, including opportunities to gain qualifications at Masters level. We offer a quality work/life balance that is second to none, with full time or part time hours.About the company
Waverley House provides a specialist nursing care service for people with dementia and residential care.
Waverley House offers a specialist nursing care service for 47 elderly residents including people with dementia.
Accommodation is provided in spacious well lit rooms with ensuite facilities and decoration is designed to be in tune with the needs of our residents. Each room has walk-in shower facilities, along with well thought-out room layouts, that provide security to those living at Waverley House. Living areas are tastefully furnished, providing a homely atmosphere for residents. Our restaurant offers home-cooked food, snacks and drinks on request.
The structured environment and therapeutic activities encourage confidence and assist in maximising independence. Residents at Waverley House receive personalised care tailored to individual needs and a positive structured support program, which includes physiological, emotional, spiritual, psychological, social, recreational and occupational needs.
