The organisation I am currently representing is recruiting for an experienced Regional Manager. They are a leading brand within the security services industry (with a specialisation in manned guarding / physical security) they are ahead of the market with regards to creativity surrounding solution services and technology and have invested heavily in the business which has proved a successful strategy with excellent returns of growth and profitability.

At present the business is performing exceptionally well operationally and therefore the organisation is keen to capitalise on this success and is looking for someone who can focus on area stability, effective operations procedures, best practice, continuity and improvement of client services, ensure the smooth running of client sites and overall general management of the region.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Conduct regular client visits, liaising with the clients to ensure their needs are met and you are providing best in class service whilst constantly stretching KPI targets to improve the service offerings and delivery
·Health and safety
·Conduct regular visits to meet with Security Officers on customer sites
·Conduct training of security staff where required and to recruit additional team members as required
·Ensure targets are being met regards service delivery
·Work closely with clients to improve the delivery of security
·Ensure correct staffing levels using the rostering system in place
·To ensure corporate aims are put into practice throughout your region by tailoring to the market and its requirements
·To submit Operations reports to the Regional Manager
·Motivate your team with a view to developing individuals through the business who are recognised as future supervisors / managers of the business, leading from the front and ensuring a best in class service to client via a fully functioning operational team
·Direct Management of:
oDiverse multi-site Portfolio including but not limited to;
oCritical National Infrastructure, Education, Retail, Nuclear, Heritage, Data Centres, Industrial, Manufacturing, Distribution and Logistics
oManagement of client portfolio (the clients expect a best in class service always)
·Experience within Manned Guarding, mobile patrol, vacant property, property market, logistics, transport
·Evidence of consistently motivating and managing teams
·Proven client relationship and operational management of a multi-site / multi-client area
·Risk assessment / Health and Safety
·Highly developed interpersonal skills
·Good IT and Literacy skills
