HRBP for Global Corporate - 12 months
A global organisation in East Birmingham has an opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join them on a 12 month fixed term contract. Providing generalist HR support to all managers and employees, you will be tasked with building strong relationships and collaborating effectively to build trust and increase potential.
As the HRBP, you will be responsible for carrying out vigorous recruitment processes; inducting the best talent; carrying out reviews; performance planning and coordinating the offer and contract procedures. Alongside this, you will be provide integral support in grievances, disciplinary matters, redundancies and absence cases, all while managing any legal risks. You must be an excellent mediator, administrator, communicator and multi-tasker.
The successful HRBP will have at least advisory-level experience alongside some exposure in a large corporate environment (preferably global). You will have a solid understanding of core HR disciplines as well as good leadership and analytical skills.
