SF Group are currently working with a fantastic business based in Burton upon Trent who are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join them on an 11 month contract. You will join a stable and close knit finance team, where the working hours are 8am-4pm.

The successful Accounts Assistant will be responsible for:

  • 3rd party purchase ledger
  • 3rd party statement reconciliations
  • Payment run
  • Posting of creditor cash
  • Posting and reconciling of petty cash
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Review of GR / IR - 3rd party
  • Management of UK accounts email
  • Ordering of fuel cards and dart tags
  • Management of lease schedule and contracts file
  • Support for trackers, utilities and general office leases and admin duties

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience working in a finance role
  • SAP experience would be advantageous
  • A self starter who is methodical in their approach to work
  • Good communication skills
