Warranty & Retail Administrator

My client, one of the largest Prestige Commercial Vehicle Main Dealers is looking to employ a highly skilled and experienced Warranty & Retail Administrator / Warranty / Warranty Administrator for their busy site in Worcestershire.

Key Purpose of the Role:
Your main role will be to administer all agreed retail, warranty and R&M claims ensuring that all the necessary documentation and parts for return are processed in line with the vehicle warranty and R&M procedures.

Essential skills, experience and competencies needed for the role:
??Minimum of 2 years of experience within a similar role
??Must have previous experience with dealer management systems / Kerridge
??Excellent working knowledge of warranty processes and procedures
??Familiarity with all warranty audit compliances
??Be able to accurately prepare and submit warranty claims
??Time management
??Organisation skills
Automotive industry knowledge and experience
