We are seeking an experienced Legal Administrator, to work for a forward-thinking, highly reputable, established law firm based on the outskirts of Birmingham. The office is easily accessible from Birmingham, Tamworth, Nuneaton and Coventry.

You will be working as part of a very busy Administration Team

  • dealing with initial file set ups for new clients
  • dealing with clients over the telephone
  • updating referral systems
  • use of an inhouse database
  • use of a case management system
  • providing comprehensive administrative support
  • working on own initiative in a very busy environment

Suitable candidates will have:

  • Previous legal administration experience
  • A good level of computer literacy
  • Previous case management experience
  • An ability to work well as part of a team
  • The ability to work on own initiative to deadlines
  • An ability to prioritise workload
