Premier Care Midlands Kidderminster are looking for a care coordinator to join the current team in helping our Service Users feel supported and cared for due to the growth of the business.
We currently have a registered manager who is highly experienced and is needing a care coordinator to help coordinate the care rounds as the business is growing. We are a strong and dependable team and so someone joining us needs to reflect this.

You will be responsible for creating rotas that not only meet the service users needs but also the carers needs for work, consistency and trusting working relationships.
This is a permanent position that will enable you to grow not only as an individual but in management skills as this is a trusted position that many of our employees will be looking up to to lead the way.
You will need experience in coordinating care and support staff and managing a workload that feeds into different departments within operations.
On-call experience is preferred and a drivers license is necessary.
Your Role:
* Establish a service users needs and how we can support them
* Prepare schedules and rosters for all care and support staff
* Prepare considerate shadowing for new care and support staff.
* Be available for on-call 1 week every 4 weeks
* Meet service users need for consistent care
* Meet staffs needs for concise and realistic work schedules
* Innovate new ways to structure the care and support staff rounds
* Attend Care Calls when needed
