Due to the expansion of this luxury care home, Highbridge Resourcing, social care specialists, are recruiting Nurses for this fabulous 5-star Care & Nursing home based in Sutton Coldfield.

Our client has been established for over 30 years and offers the highest standard of care to 60 older adult residents. They have recently expanded the Nursing home, and are now looking to recruit Night Nurses for this 5-star luxurious service.

They are currently looking for newly qualified and qualified RGN and RMNs. Offering either full time or part time hours, working nights, and the working patterns are flexible to suit.

The home is based in Sutton Coldfield, with nearby train links to the city, and has an experienced and supportive management team boasting a collective 50 years’ service at the home. The current manager has served more than 10 years and has a strong supportive team including a clinical lead nurse who will train, induct and guide you through your career whilst providing on-going development as they look raise the bar for nursing care.

All shift patterns include 12 hours shifts, so you will likely work 3 days per week. You are also paid by the hour, not as a set salary, so the more you chose to work, the more you earn.

Hourly pay rates are as follows-

• Night time Nurses @ £17.00 ph and rate reviewed after 2 months.

You are also paid for your breaks, and there are further bonuses and enhancements for bank holidays and the entire Christmas holiday period.

As an RGN or RMN you will be responsible for the health and wellbeing of any service user placed in your care. You will utilise your skills and training to ensure every person receives the best possible care and support at all times.

You will ensure that care and support is delivered in accordance with the needs and wishes of the patients. You will also be responsible for the development and maintenance of high quality person centred services, utilising your nursing experience and training to meet often highly complex needs.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Qualified Nurse, newly qualified or experienced.

• Current NMC Pin registration

• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal

• To be motivated to provide the best support possible

• Be punctual, flexible and reliable
