An exciting opportunity has arisen for an aspiring Team Leader to join their existing Team based at Perton.

Responsibilities
In this role you will be required to provide field support, supervision, leadership and training to care workers. Encourage compliance with company policies and procedures, legal obligations and all other contractual requirements. Additionally, you will ensure that client needs and the risks associated with providing care are properly assessed, documented and acted upon or otherwise brought to the attention of those who need to act upon the identified risks and participate in direct provision care. You will also participate in the on-call rota providing 24-hour emergency cover and advice to service users and care workers.

Requirements

* A commitment to and understanding of good customer service

* Previous experience in providing a care service for people

* Makes timely, informed decisions that take into account the facts, goals, constraints, and risks. Actively resolves difficult or complicated challenges.

* Full UK/EU Driving Licence and access to a car

* The ability to demonstrate discretion and confidentiality at all times
