To be considered for this position you will need to be available to start immediately.

You will need to be highly organised and able to manage your own workload in a busy environment. You will need to have good knowledge of Microsoft packages and excellent communication skills and be customer focused as you will be the face of the business.

Salary: £8.21 per hour

Hours: 9am to 5:30pm - Monday - Friday

Duration: Long term Temporary - Will go perm based on performance.

Location: Birmingham Business Park

Role Overview:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Data Entry via Microsoft word and Excel
  • Respond to general queries via email and telephone
  • General administration support to the team
  • Organise travel, flights and transport
  • Answering and diverting calls from main switch board
