Gatehouse Administrator

We are recruiting for Gatehouse Administrator roles in the Cheadle area of Stoke-on-Trent for the Noon Shift.

Requirements of a Gatehouse Administrator:

  • The candidate must have data entry skill,
  • be able to multitask and be very thorough.
  • Good communication skills. Must be self-motivated, able to manage their time effectively and work well in a team in a very close environment.


  • Salary: £9.89ph
  • Working Hours of Gatehouse Administrator are:
    Monday - Tuesday: 13:15 - 22:00
    Wednesday - Thursday: 13:30 - 22:00
    Friday: 10:00 - 17:00
    Saturdays (One out of six to be worked) 6:00 - 10:00
  • Location: Cheadle, Stoke-on-Trent
  • Duration: Temporary ongoing

Role of a Gatehouse Administrator:

  • Control vehicles arriving on site
  • Control documentation
  • Actively participate and promote safety and security at all times
  • Shipping and receipting of Purchase Orders, Sales Orders and Transfer Orders
  • Maintain security key replacements; payment and ordering
  • Manage systems to record deliveries and dispatches
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with standards and procedures
  • Any administration duties as required
