Temporary Administration / Customer Service up to £10.00 per hour.

Hays Office Support are delighted to be working alongside a well established manufacturing company in the Wolverhampton area who are currently recruiting for temporary support on an on-going basis to support the business.
Your new role
Administration, data entry and customer service in a high volume fast-paced environment. You'll be using CRM databases as well as MS Office packages such as Excel, Word and Outlook. You will be dealing with a high volume of incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner and supporting the team with ad-hoc duties as required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a minimum of 6 months office based experience within the past 2 years and you will have a confident and professional telephone manner.You will have intermediate to advanced IT skills and preferably have experience on internal CRM systems. As this role is temporary, you will be immediately available to start.
