POSITION: Business Development Manager

SALARY: Dependant on experience

LOCATION: Stoke on Trent (flexible on location)

ITS Engineering (North West) are working with a Company that specialise in high voltage (HV) support/maintenance and installation. They are independent connection provider (ICP) who also support within the rail industry. Due to Company expansion they are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to work nationally. This role requires someone who has experience working within high voltage switchgear, transformers, renewables, cabling and jointing services.


* Sales planning and delivering successful plans

* Identifying new clients, calling and visiting new business clients, sending written proposals and responding to queries

* Driving revenue growth with a focus on retaining clients, broadening existing relationships and developing new business

* Delivering key budgeted revenue and targets

* Progressing contracts to ensure that they are concluded and signed on a timely basis

* Looks to solve problems and find solutions

* Is self-motivated, resilient, and self-reliant

* Can build strong relationships with different kinds of people

* Knowledge of the high voltage industry including maintenance agreements and installation processes

* At least 2 years' experience within a role that is relevant to the high voltage and rail industry

* Must have a full driving licence

* Must be willing to travel
