SF Group are currently recruiting for a Office Administrator for our client based in Burntwood.
This is a full time role paying up to £18,000 per annum
Duties
- Provide effective and efficient administration support to the team
- Ensure administration tasks are performed in an efficient and timely manner
- Act as a receptionist during breaks, holiday and sickness cover
- Ensure all documents are filed accurately on a continuous/ regular basis to ensure easy retrieval
- Ensure photocopying is undertaken as requested
- To distribute and send post when required
- Supporting other functions as required
- Typing quotations, decline letters and emails for engineers
Experience
- Previous experience in an administration or document control role
- Excellent keyboard skills
- IT- Microsoft packages including word, excel, outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of working on own initiative
