Quality Manager - Ceramics
I am delighted to be partnering with a leading supplier in to the Retail industry. The product offering is one of quality and durability. With a strong portfolio of customers and a strong product offering in addition to a great working environment this is truly a fantastic role to consider.
The role of the Quality Manager is to ensure that all products supplier meet the relevant quality guidelines set. You will have internal stakeholder management with the Buyers and Factories in addition to being customer facing.
As the role of Quality Manager you will drive the New Product Development. You and your team will carry out the product testing, check the technical documentation in addition to producing performance and analysis data.
Ensuring that the product and packaging is compliant you will also focus on the ethical and technical compliance of the factories of source.
Successful candidates will have a similar background covering Ceramics. You will have worked for either a supplier or a retailer. Whilst people management isn't a prerequisite for the role it would be an advantage.
You will have worked with a global supply base and have an understanding of the New Product Development process.
