Executive Personal Assistant
We are looking for an Executive PA to support the Managing Director of a full service digital agency based in Birmingham City Centre.

BENEFITS: Up to GBP40,000, 40 hours per week, minimal out of hours, up to 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and Christmas shut down, central location, pension
LOCATION: Central Birmingham, commutable from, Wolverhampton, Derby, Worcester, Coventry, Warwick and Telford
The Personal Assistant will involve managing the MD's inbox and schedule, booking transport and accommodation where required, independently dealing with any queries when they come through, and managing the office including replenishing office supplies and stock.
The right Executive Assistant will need to have excellent communication and organisation skills with a high attention to detail and be able to operate independently.
As the company are going through a massive stage of growth, and the MD is extremely busy they need someone that can handle complex tasks by themselves and almost be an extension of the MD himself.
The company supply clients with website builds, marketing and creative campaigns and work with some very large clients. They work in a very fun, vibrant office and are looking for someone who can share the same enthusiasm. Team fit is therefore very important to them, so that the right person can quickly integrate into the business.
We need someone who has experience working as an Executive PA to board level directors, any if you have previously worked in an agency environment that would be advantageous but not a requirement.
This position is paying up to GBP40,000, working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday (with minimal out of hours requirements), up to 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and pension.
