Protocol are working with a high-energy training specialist whose multi-award winning teams work tirelessly to make a difference to people’s lives, helping school students to achieve their target grades, jobseekers to get back into employment or those in business to upskill and progress with their goals. We are seeking an experienced Leadership and Management and Business Admin Assessor to support and deliver Level 2-4 qualifications to Apprentices.

Role responsibilities

- To manage a caseload of 30 - 40 learners

- Deliver NVQ Frameworks at Level 2, 3 & 4

- Responsible for managing your own hours and booking in learners when needed

- Learners to be visited at least once a month

- Support learners through functional skills

- Complete all funding PW required by the funding agent to a high standard

- Complete reviews with Learners & Employers to review progress

- Carry out learner and employer sign up paperwork

- Complete weekly reports to show candidate progression

- Register candidates with awarding bodies for NVQ and functional skills

- Devise session plans to aid successful completion of apprenticeship

The person & qualifications

- Good communication and organisational skills

- Ability to develop and maintain your own caseload

- Holds a current Assessor qualification

- Occupational experience

- Experience of delivering the full apprenticeship framework

- Ability to deliver up to level 2 in ICT, Maths and English functional skills

- UK Driving Licence and access to a car

- Ability to support curriculum team in material and resource development

- Ability to manage your own workload

- Experience of engaging with employers

- Ability to engage with young people

- CET / CTLLS Desirable

- Have an optimistic outlook with a passion for working with young people and believe in helping and supporting young people as well as giving them second chances.


- Required to work out of hours on occasions

- Willing to Travel

- Based in Coventry

- Overnight stays on occasions
