About the opportunity

The Digital and Channels Exec will play a key role in helping our colleagues connect to Our Story. Taking ownership for both the content and more importantly the technical development of our digital channels including intranet, apps, FB, filming, webinars, assist with the implemtation and roll out of office 365 and exploring what is the art of the possible!

You will understand key audiences needs and preferences and their online journey and behaviour and be accountable for writing, editing and publishing high quality, engaging and accurate content for all digital channels whilst providing consultative digital communications advice to internal key stakeholders.

About you

You will have a passion for digital combined with an interest in technology and how this enables us to deliver the best experiences for our people.

Technically proficient with the ability to relay technical information to non-technical colleagues and management you will be confident in providing consultative digital communications advice.

Experience of managing and developing ESNs (Yammer / Workplace etc) and use of AI, data and analytics to identify and create opportunity for digital optimisation. Experience of office 365 is also highly desirable.
