Your new role

This candidate will need to:

  • Report to senior maintenance planner
  • Be customer service focused
  • Provide operation and admin support to engineers, supervisors and surveyors
  • Raise, appoint and schedule in Maintenance work to contractors

What you'll need to succeed

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • GCSE grade C or equivalent in a minimum of four subjects
  • Must have experience using IT and Administration systems and equipment
  • Have experience in using electronic appointment systems
  • Need to have general knowledge of housing repairs procedures
  • Also need to understand National Housing Federation Schedules of Rates
