You will use your experience to identify situations before they happen and respond accordingly to those that do. You'll be part of a delivery team responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Responding promptly and efficiently to any call made by control in relation to crowd disturbances.

  • Monitor crowd movements and behaviour to identify potential issues or incidents and to take action to resolve as necessary.

  • Body and bag searches, if required.

  • Hospitality duties in licensed areas.

  • Providing security and ensuring safety of our buildings and personnel.

You'll enjoy a great variety of venues and lots of interaction with our customers. There will be challenging moments with the need to keep a careful eye on the crowds, but it's never boring. Friendly, professional and approachable, you'll use common sense to help people and ensure events run smoothly, we pride ourselves on the quality and presentation of our staff.

To be considered you must be able to meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Be over the age of 18

  • Hold a valid SIA Door Supervisors license

  • Unrestricted right to work full time in the UK for a minimum period of 12 months

  • Be fluent in spoken and written English

  • Have a five year checkable employment history or be able to produce documentary evidence of any period of unemployment, self- employment or full and part time education during that period
