A fantastic law firm based in the city centre is seeking a hands-on and proactive PA to provide essential support within the construction department and to ensure that a high-standard of client service is maintained at all times. As a PA you will be supporting key fee earners with seamless and proactive administrative support, ensuring a high-standard of legal service is provided to clients in the construction department. Alongside this, you will be involved in:

  • Managing busy diaries and coordinating important meetings

  • Booking travel arrangements globally and nationally

  • Support in marketing activities including preparation of presentations

  • Assistance with property searches and enquiries

  • Preparation of completion statements, leases and conveyances forms

  • Management of an array of correspondence via phone, email and post

  • Organisation of workflow and delegating as necessary

  • Coordination of the billing process

  • General team and client support, encouraging improvements where needed

This is a full-on, varied PA position requiring tenacity, enthusiasm and professionalism. You must be confident in supporting fee earners, managing their clients and covering in their absence. The successful individual will be an experienced PA with either property or legal experience. Familiarity with legal is preferred.
