We are looking for a customer service or business administration apprentice who wants to develop themselves and grow with our business. We are looking for long term progression within the company where you could potentially move into a sales executive, customer service or administrator role upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.

You will be responsible for:

Raising Sales InvoicesQuotations and updating web-siteAdministration for SalesmenPreparing Customer OrdersArranging Vehicle DeliveriesPreparing & Checking Finance DocumentationSending Customer vehicle status updatesQualifying customers prior to order, adhering to Data Protection and FCA RegulationsAttributes

Competent in Microsoft OfficeConfident Telephone MannerComputer LiterateGreat Attention to DetailHours of work are Monday-Friday 9.00am-5.30pm, 37.5 hours per week.

You will be working towards a level 2 in Business Administration or Customer Service.

You ideally need 4 x GCSE's grade A*-C or equivalent to include Maths, English and ICT. Functional skills in maths and English up to level 2 can be provided where required.

Please ensure you are able to travel to our Birmingham centre for a pre apprenticeship interview and potential training. Travel costs of up to £6.00 per day can be reimbursed for attending any pre apprenticeship training provided by Skills Training UK.
