My client is the UKs leader in providing eLearning courses and is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join their headquarters in the heart of Leamington Spa.

This company is at the forefront of delivering LMP globally with a portfolio of large scale enterprise clients.

You will be responsible for management of problems providing 1st line support to resolve problems and escalating appropriately to 2nd line where problems can not be resolved.


* Working directly with the technical teams to gather information on new features.

* Escalate unresolved appropriately internally and externally.

* Manage customer expectations during change requests and bug fixes.

* Use intermediate to advanced knowledge of SQL, databases, SQL Management Studio, SCORM and basic understanding of VB.NET programming to resolve course matters.

This is a fixed term contract that will end on 31st March 2020
