We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Internal Key Account Manager to represent a global organisation selling to numerous industrial sectors including Oil & Gas, Aerospace & Defence, Food & Beverage, Chemical, and Power.

As an Internal Key Account Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a personal portfolio of customer accounts, serving as the first point of contact whilst producing timely quotations, providing a friendly and efficient service that meets and aims to exceed customer expectations, ultimately driving customer loyalty.

Furthermore, you will support the External Sales team to grow, sustain and maximise revenues from major accounts, along with identifying and developing new opportunities to meet Company targets and objectives.

Skills and experience required:

??Strong Internal Key Account Management background (essential)

??Experience of working in a proactive 'outbound' customer contact environment

??Strong organisational / administrative skills

??Ability to influence and negotiate

??Confident, solution focused and forward thinking approach

??Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

??Ability to develop strong working relationships

??Excellent attention to detail

??Ability to work on own initiative

??Strong team player

??PC literate
