CSG are delighted to be exclusively handling an exciting opportunity for a well-respected Manufacturer of HVAC products.

This role covers a number of businesses in the UK, and the candidate will help to grow each company significantly over the next three years. This will occur with increased investment in manufacturing facilities, people development and recruitment of new talent across all functions (Marketing, Operations, Sales etc).

This position involves support of the overall sales strategy and business plan for the UK as well as input on the business development side with some of the unique businesses that the company owns.

We are looking for a dynamic person with the ability to lead and motivate, capable of doubling the business within the next three years. This is a hugely exciting challenge; with increased investment in people and product solutions, as well as possible acquisitions, this is the perfect opportunity to make a significant difference and to put a unique stamp on a respected manufacturer.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, communicate, and manage the execution of the company's UK strategy - Review and drive the development of new market opportunities

- Deliver the short-term expected results as well as developing the fundament for a long term solid and profitable growth - Work closely with different departments such as Product Management, Marketing Operations as well as working with key personnel such as the Sales Director, HR Director, Marketing Director, Operations Director and Global Sales Leader

- Oversee the sales offering to ensure the delivery of profitable business in line with the group's business plan - Drive the development of the UK and it's talents to ensure appropriate staffing levels, capabilities and competencies are in place to ensure short and long term growth is achieved - Maintain and enhance the reputation and brand equity across all businesses in the UK

Skills, Experience & Key Competencies required

- Track record of successful work within a Matrix environment who has worked in the UK Building Industry

- Implementation of organisational changes which capture new business opportunities - Experience working for product and solution manufacturers, within HVAC, Refrigeration, Building Controls, Pumps, Valves, Water Controls or another Engineering manufacturer within the Building Services Industry

- Management of high-profile customers - Management of financial levers such as price, margins, overheads, and cash

- Strategic abilities, able to anticipate market trends and changes - People-orientated, hardworking and with a strong work ethic
