Internal Sales Executive
We have a requirement for an Internal Sales Executive to work in a large multi-metal stockholder business within Kingswinford.
Our Client is a market leading metals stockholder who are seeking a highly motivated, driven and skilled Sales Executive to service existing yellow metals (brass & copper) customers.
Requirements- What we need from you·Ability to sell/upsell- Your daily duties will involve pro-actively seeking out new opportunities; as well as the ability to build strong relationships with new and existing businesses. ·Negotiating- It is imperative that the successful candidate has the ability to negotiate to achieve the best returns on investments.·Communication- Candidates must have the ability to communicate information clearly and be adaptable to vary your communication style to suit different clients.·Experience in metals- Successful candidates must have experience of yellow metals (Copper & Brass). Your knowledge must include experience of standard products, including basic grades, specifications and finishes. ·Account builder – It is imperative that successful candidates have a history within the industry servicing and growing customer accounts.
Our client has over one hundred years’ experience in the industry, coupled with a warehouse totalling thirty thousand square foot selling three thousand tonnes of material every year. This figure is only going to rise as our client has recently doubled their stock levels through recent growth and expansion.
Our Client needs someone who is Highly skilled, organised and knowledgeable; who is committed to building long lasting profitable relationships with existing clients. The successful candidate will proactively work to service all clients with the best customer service possible.
This role is suited to a candidate with metals experience and willing to provide excellent service to a large existing client base to help sustain the businesses bright future.
Our Client have lots of great things in the pipeline under their forward-thinking service centre manager making this an excellent place to work within the metals industry.
Full support will be provided by the company; however, no initial training will take place as the company seek an experienced metals salesperson.
Examples of What You Will Be Doing Right Away
From the moment you start at the Company you will be hands on in the commercial side of the business. You will be working under the leadership of the Service Centre Manager carrying out daily duties which include:·Identifying and establishing new customers either by geographical region, market sector or product portfolio.·Calling existing or new clients gaining an understanding of their business needs and developing an understanding of how best you can service them.·Recording all customer orders efficiently and accurately.·Identifying new opportunities on new or existing customers to maximise profit for the company.·Achieving the product targets set for each allocated customer.·Meeting and where possible exceeding the gross profit target for each allocated customer.·Ensuring you respond to all customer enquiries in a professional manner and within a timescale agreed.·Maintaining and recording accurate and easily accessible information for all allocated customers.
