The Role - Regional Service Manager, Medical Systems

This market leader now seeks to recruit an astute Regional Service Manager, to support their service operation in the Midlands.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing a team of Medical Field Service Engineers; building and nurturing all relationships with key customers, regularly attending meetings and providing customer care, ensuring the delivery of KPI's, including resource utilisation, PPM delivery, team and customer satisfaction and financial delivery within set budgets. The successful incumbent will also be an instrumental driving force in attempts to grow and develop all service revenues throughout their operation.
