An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Recruitment Administrator to join Telford College on a full time permanent basis.
We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated individual to support the College Talent Management Strategy and undertake the day to day activities of recruitment, to include support for recruiting managers, supporting candidates through the process, collaborative working with the wider HR team, as well as maintaining full administrative and audit activities.
We are looking for someone who is qualified to first degree or equivalent level, with proven experience of working within an internal recruitment role or 1-2 years’ experience of working in a volume recruitment role.
