We have an exciting new role here at Network Telecom as a Product Facilitator. The focus of this role is to drive the implementation of our innovative technology, products and services with our customers, providing virtual training through video conferencing. The aim being to reinforce the enthusiasm and excitement initiated on the sale and assist the customer in realising the full potential and value of their purchase.

A technology and/or training background would be helpful, however full training will be provided. Salary package is negotiable commensurate with knowledge and experience.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Ability to deliver training on Network Telecom’s products and systems in an engaging and inspiring way. Adapting the training style and content depending on group or individual needs using virtual video conferencing and where necessary, live side-by-side sessions.
  • Drive continuous improvement, test and feedback on organisation and product developments.
  • Compile training material ensuring it’s kept up to date using the most effective and innovative methods.
  • Keep an audit of training, highlight gaps and suggest new training needs from having a thorough understanding of our products and services and how they interface with the customer’s business.
  • Provide similar training within our own business, collaborating with other departments to aid effective processes and continuous improvement.
